Refund policy
Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you full instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your refund to process back to your original payment method.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
